AirVac units are plug-n-play and just need 400V three-phase power and connection of ducts and LV cable to start working!
The Multi Pro range have all built in automatic pulse jet cleaning of the filters. External compressor (min 6 bar) is needed to maintain pressure in the jet-pulse tank. The compressor can be supplied if needed upon request.
AirVac commercial units in general
All our units are ready to work directly. Just plug in power and connect trunkline and exhaust ducts and LV-cable from the inlet valves and start. You can choose to use external compressed air, or a supplied compressor with the unit.
There is no need for external electrical installations except for an available 16-32A CEE three phase 400V outlet. All our commercial units are ready to use, "Plug n´Play", when delivered.
They have a 3 way switch for Auto-0-Man. AUTO is the normal mode when unit starts over the low-voltage system. Mode "0" is OFF and mode MAN is to start the system manually from the panel (for test etc.)
Standard light indicators: Green - Operating mode. Red - Alarm. (Off motorprotection, drive protection inverter, etc.). Extra indicators for level switch (dust) or Filter indicator (Both extra accessories)
Dust can opens sideways on excentric hinge, for easy and comfortable change of plastic bag. The plastic bag is kept in place by vacuum in bottom of the can.
Commercial "plug´n´play" units
One Pro 3 & Multi Pro 4i
for 1-3 users
One Pro 3.0 is the perfect choice for a single user commercial system. Multi Pro 4i (inverter) is the bigger brother, with same size but made for up to 3 simultanious users. Bothe units have cyclonic separation and a secondary polyester cartridge filter (4,8m2). Dust can/bag contains 35L. One Pro 3.0 come as standard for manually cleaning of the cartridge filter. The Multi Pro 4i comes with auotomatic filter-cleaning (compressed air pulse, compressor not included!). Pipe connection to trunkline Ø75mm and on exhaust side for ventilation duct Ø100.

for 1-6 users
Multi Pro 5.5 (with softstart) is made for up to 3 simultanious users and Multi Pro 5i is for up to 5 users. The Multi Pro 7i has 15% higher airflow and manage up to 6 users.

Multi Pro 13 and 13i
for 1-9 users
Multi Pro 13 (with softstart) is for up to 5 users at the same time and the Multi Pro 13i can handle 9 simulatnious users!

PE-3 & PE-4i
Type PE-3 & PE-4i is made for installation together with remote dust-separators, such as below FA and FC filtered separators. PE-3 is for a single user system and PE-4i ()with inverter) is for up to 3 users.
Vacuum pipe connection is Ø63mm (PE-3) and Ø75mm (PE-4i). Exhaust air connection to ventilation duct Ø100mm.

Below separators is to be used to an external suction unit Nedan filteravskiljare är avsedda för separat sugenhet/sugkälla eller som extra föravskiljare i ett system. Typ FA-300PB och FA-300CS är lämpliga i system med mindre städområden och en central pumpenhet. Anslutningar Ø50/51. Cyklon/filteravskiljare FC-350 är lämplig för samma applikation, men för större städområden. Anslutning sugsida Ø75 och mot sugkälla Ø63.
